U.S. Small Business Administration for Black Economic Empowerment

What would a community of ResourceFULL and Thriving Black Businesses look like?

"Entrepreneurship at its best.  All for one and one for all."

How do strong Black businesses benefit our community?

"If a business succeeds in the community, they not only support that community financially by paying local taxes, but by providing the community with a service that otherwise would not be there.  They hire, which in turn puts money back into the community when they spend. It is a win-win situation for all."

SBA provides guaranteed loans through local banks and credit unions, we also have loan programs through non-profits called Microloans and Community Advantage. We have resource partners to help anyone wanting to start or need help with their small businesses through, SCORE, Women’s Business Centers, and Small Business Development Centers throughout Wisconsin. We also offer disaster assistance loans.

SBA’s mission is to help small businesses start, grow, and succeed.

SBA shares their resources with attendees at the ResourceFULL Black Businesses event October 25th.
